Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at élosy. Below is important information about how we handle shipping, including delivery times, shipping costs, and order tracking.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is included in your purchase price and we ship DDP (delivery duties paid) via our courier partner DHL.
Estimated delivery times:
- EU countries: 3–5 business days
- UK / Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of world: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination and customs processes.

We only ship via DHL.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation that your order has left our atelier, and DHL will contact you directly with your tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship to the following locations:

EU, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, The United Kingdom, The United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
Please note, that If your country is not listed, this means we are currently not delivering to this location. Please contact us at hello@elosyatelier.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a delivery for your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices on our website include VAT.
For orders shipped outside the EU, all duties and import taxes are included in the sales price. Your package will be delivered with no additional charges at the door (DDP).
